Job Description

• Assist Head of HR in business process re-engineering and restructuring
• Assist Head of HR in conducting job analysis (job evaluation, job description and job specification)
• Assist Head of HR in developing skill matrix
• Coordination between HR and departmental heads in defining departmental missions, goals, and values contributing to corporate Vision, Mission and Goals
• Assist Head of HR in developing KRAs for each department
• Assist Head of HR in developing reporting formats for operational and management reporting of each department to be presented in monthly review meetings as measure of departmental performance
• Assist Head of HR in devising HR Strategy and Human Resource Planning (HRP)
• Assist Head of HR in developing HR policies and procedures
• Assist heads of all departments in developing their internal procedures
• All HR operations
