Qualification and Experience:
The individuals must possess HEC recognized University degree in Finance, Business, Commerce or equivalent. The candidates having MBA or equivalent qualification will be given preference. Furthermore, Risk Assessment Certification from internationally recognized bodies will be highly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of diversified banking experience with at least 3 years in the similar discipline is required. The age must be less than 32 years. The candidates should have the ability to analyze creditworthiness of customers in the wholesale banking/SME segment by reviewing internal and external information.
