Responsibilities:

Creating a liaison between the Operational Risk Management Division (ORMD) and other risk owners
Receiving documents from other departments and ensure timely processing
Assisting the HRC in creating a culture of awareness across the bank and educating the employees about the operational risk and its significance to the bank;
Assisting the HRC in the implementation of the bank’s operational risk policy;
Visiting the branches for carrying out the tests for operational risk identification and assessment;
Overseeing and monitoring the activities of the ORMD team members and the review of their work;
Reporting promptly to the HRC of any significant issues relating to the operational risk issues that may adversely affect the bank;
Any other responsibilities assigned by the HRC.
