The core role of Field Marketing Officer is to implement Sales & Promotion Strategies and achieve targets set by management i.e. Increase market share and product growth in the relevant markets:
Achieves assigned sales targets by generating prescriptions, Builds Company’s image and goodwill through professional approach and conduct.
Improves knowledge, (product, competitors, customer, market) & skills required to deliver effective message.
Identifies new prospects and maximize business from existing customers through proper coverage.
Monitors sales trend, stock availability & distribution coverage in the assigned territory.
Obtains and updates information about Doctors, Chemists, Market, Hospitals, Institutions, and Officials of the Health Department.
You should be a Pharm-D or Science graduate with 1-2 years of experience of sales in a reputable organization. (Fresh candidates are also encourage to apply)
